Hi everyone! My feet hurt! Where do people go to get their shoes? I’d like to try them…
I've been buying KSwiss or Babolant from Tennis Express for years. For me, these brands have the most stability; KSwiss also has models with 6 month outsole guarantee (my last pair lasted 7 months; other brands only last 3-4 months for me); they always have models on sale, under $70, free shipping and returns.
Hey Bob, I've always found Kswiss shoes to be the most comfortable, and supportive. Their Hypercourt Express 2 exemplifies this well. It has more width than the average court shoe, and comes in an even wider "2E" variant.
Can't help you with where to try them on, other than ordering from (plentiful) sites that allow for free returns (assuming just worn around the house).
Also, look into arch support inserts if you haven't already.
Make sure you are buying tennis shoes and not running. Side support is a must.
I bought both of my last two PB shoes at Lennys discount shop in Barre. First one was Under Armour, lasted 3 years before soles got a little slick. The 2nd was Skechers which I am still wearing and like a lot. Key is to get a relatively smooth sole without typical big tread on running shoes. Agree key is making sure they are solid sidewise so rolling an ankle is prevented. I refuse to buy online since fit is so important for my feet. Lenny's discount store is catch as catch can for inventory but worth checking out. Price is certainly right tho!
So very sorry, wrenched my back playing yesterday, will give it another day, so out of today's games, will stretch instead. I regret this, as the numbers are suffering now, Alan Rome
Love my Lottos from Dick's Sports. Does not make me a better player (that takes talent!) but my feet feel good! Alan Rome
I’ll be a little late
I’ll be 15 minutes late
I will have to leave early, around 2:10.
Little ones are sick, sorry
