Ok. Elliot, you've taken this into new territory. And now Billy's all activated and out of control. I'm going to have to ask that we all collect ourselves and return to previous norms around communication and behavior. I value my club membership, and I don't want you guys giving it away. So, I think I'm just going to go ahead and extend my sincere apologies to Armando and hopefully we can all just put this unfortunate communication behind us.
