I hesitate to sign in because I am struggling…physically…hoping someone else signs in because I don’t want to let people down. Really want to play but I have this constant hip and back pain and I am wondering what in the world is going on because I didn’t do anything…Lyme??? I will show up🤪

Sorry about that, Geoff. I will be at the gym. My plan is to work out only (I don't want to push my knees), but if you have to leave I can sub.

I would like to play the first hour if that's possible? I can also start around 12pm. I just have to leave at 1:30.

Geoff that’s how my hip pain started and it seemed like overnight it became debilitating. Have you had an xray to see if the hip space is narrowed? Nerve test to see if you have a pinched nerve?
